Hi, I have just created our first program and have a suggestion regarding the calendar. You only offer the option to create a start and an end date for a program. I guess this is based on the assumption that programs run consecutive. This is not always the case and does not apply to most of our programs. Most of our programs are of modular format so they have at least a week break in between. In the calendar it looks now that our program e.g. starts on December 1 and ends on December 11 but in the program description it is only a 7 day program. That can lead to confusion with potential clients who might then not sign up. Maybe you could add an option like "Module 1", "Module 2" etc. If you could solve this the future that would be great. Thank you for your suggestion. We have already sent your request to our technical staff for the assessment of the feasibility and the schedule of its achievement. We will inform you as soon as we have some news in this regard.

Thanks for looking into this. I have two other points which I need to post here since its the only way to communicate. 1. The technical support button (as well as the site support) under "Contact us" are not working. At least on the Malaysian portal. When you click either button you get to a page with this link: To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from you click on it you get a 404 Error. 2. I have filled in all the information available and applicable for my program but it is still shows only a 51% completion status. How can I achieve at least 60% as you advise on your page? Thank you for your report. The issue of the Malaysian technical support button has been resolved.
